Since 1956, our journey has transformed from village charkhas to state of the art manufacturing plants.
1958
Seth Hanuman Das Ji Sipani began trading hand-spun village yarn, supplying Khadi Mandir and laying our industry roots.
1962
Under Seth Panna Lal Ji Sipani, we rented our first godown and became trusted indigenous wool assorters and sellers.
1970
The brothers expanded into mechanized processing, selling wool tops in Ludhiana and accelerating growth.
1980
Shri Lilam Chand Ji Sipani inaugurated Rajkamal Industries, transforming us from traders to manufacturers.
1981
Sipani Industries launched, introducing yarn washing to elevate product quality and finish.
1998
Manish Kumar Ji Sipani opened P.H. Woollen Mills Pvt. Ltd., the region’s most advanced plant at the time.
2000
P.H. Agencies, Bhadohi, extended our sales network from Bikaner to Panipat, Agra, Bhadohi, and Mirzapur.
2011
Gautam Kumar Ji Sipani founded Sipani Woolen Mills Pvt. Ltd., ushering in a new era of innovation.

Sipani Felt Industries launched in Bikaner, expanding into durable, versatile woollen felt sheets for industry.
